When it comes to brownies, do you like a centerpiece or a crusty edge piece? I am all in for the crusty, chewy edge piece whenever possible. The crackly crust and chocolate flavor is just yum!
My husband bought me a Brownie Pan a few years ago that turns the entire pan into edge pieces, and I might have swooned.
While I love boxed brownie mixes and being able to make the perfect brownie recipe adaptions it is fun to be able to make scratch brownies.

Preparation and Storage
Make Ahead: For a make-ahead version, Bob’s Red Mill recommends refrigerating any brownie batter you don’t plan to use immediately in an airtight container up to the day before you bake your brownies. Do not keep brownie batter at room temperature for over two hours, as it contains eggs.
Storage: According to C&H Sugar, you can keep leftover brownies with no perishable ingredients, such as cream cheese, at room temperature for three to four days. They can remain in the fridge for five days.
Freezing/How to Freeze: For grab-and-go homemade brownies, you can freeze leftovers by wrapping individual brownies in a layer of plastic and foil and transferring them to a large, freezer-safe Ziploc bag. You can also wrap the pan in plastic and foil and freeze the entire block. Enjoy leftovers within three months.
How to Reheat: You can reheat brownies using your microwave or oven, depending on how many you need to prepare.
