My package was not delivered to the correct location. I realize this was not the fault of the store; however, Fedex customer service was completely useless in helping me to file a claim for my missing package. They advised me to go back to the store to retrieve an account number(?) to file a claim. Apparently my tracking number was not enough information. I should not have to pay $24.99 to ship a package that fails to reach its destination and requires the recipient to knock on doors to locate. I will never use Fedex again.

Always treated like a customer should be . Interesting enough I was in the Lawrenceville NJ store and had the exact opposite experience. I was a burden and the agent felt necessary to try and give me all the rules / policies when not needed . He could learn from Brett and how he manages his store !

I mailed out a ground package on January 30 and I was told the package should arrive Saturday Feb 3. It is now Monday Feb 5 and the package still has no delivery date! The clerk at the Allentown office assured me it would arrive around that date. Since the package departed the Allentown fedex store, it sat at Fedex Northampton and its still there! No phone number to call, no answers from anyone. I even called to speak with someone at the same store I shipped and they directed me to customer service to which they said they cant help me! I was told I would get a call back on claim C-1258789 Fedex Ground has been horrible!

On 1/15, we Express mailed life sustaining medication overnight to a family member. It sat in Orlando 1/17 & 1/18. He received it late on 1/19. Weather in Orlando was fine. We then incurred addtl. expenses finding a pharmacy in Miami that could fill this prescription. Weather did NOT affect it while it sat in Orlando for 2 whole days. This was NOT the fault of the Allentown Fed Ex office. Customer Service has been horrible to deal with!
