    I have been putting off getting these copies of my prior tax year, because I have not had the time on the days I am downtown. This store is closed on weekends and I was unaware your other store in Lake Street is open on Saturdays. But I've been in this store several times over the years and the staff is always so patient and helpful. One Sunday I went into Staples because I needed some printing down and they were not nearly as patient and helpful. So kudos to your staff. In particular Terry who has assisted me before. She is the best. Erica was initially assisting me, and was also very helpful, but she was leaving for the evening. But both just wonderful. Everything you want in Customer Service.

    I went in the day before to make sure they would have the boxes I needed, and to get an estimate. When I returned the next day, they didn't have the boxes I needed, so I had to purchase them somewhere else. I also asked for a price estimate based on the boxes I wanted and was told around $55 and $35 (b/c I wanted them double boxed). The order ended up being $120.92, so a little more than I was expecting. Otherwise, the sales associate Terry was super helpful, and made sure that everything was packaged so that the delicate harp arrived in one piece (which it did). Very grateful for that! Terry was friendly, and very patient, and I appreciated all the help she gave me.
