I have gone to this store multiple times for full service printing services with assistance. I have always been able to get what I needed done and Angela has always has helped me each time, but this last time, she had went above my expectations for sure because I would never have been able to get this done on my own. In fact, I had went to another store to try to get my copies printed out, but unfortunately I could not get anyone to help me. I was glad I went back to FedEx Office to see Angela and get my project printed out. In fact, when it's completed, I am taking it back to get it laminated. It's actually a third grade school project that I am helping my little boy work on, and since we don't have a home computer or printer, I needed to get these colored copies printed out for him. This isn't the first school project Angela has helped us with either. So, we are extremely grateful for her.

John helped me bring my packages into the store - I had three heavy boxes and very much appreciated the assist. He and a fellow employee whose name I did not get helped me weigh the packages, finish taping them up, add the mailing labels and get everything sent out in just a few minutes. They made everything super easy and so fast.

I came in to do some full-service printing, getting a manuscript, bound and doing some other things, and Angela went of above and beyond on every aspect with a great attitude and helping me creatively make decisions. She is a treasure, and you should make sure to reward her. I called other FedEx stores and they were not as helpful especially when I needed something to be done while I wait. Angela made sure to accommodate myself, and I watched her accommodate other people while I was in the store with a great attitude.

I just wanted to commend Angela on her prompt, efficient and exceptional customer service. For some reason I can never understand the new virtual printing procedure that FedEx wants you to do. I explained to Angela that I was frustrated with the new process and without hesitation, said that she was going to help me through everything. Angela greeted me with a smile, and was so gracious and courteous and asked me if there was anything else I needed help with. We are living in a society where customer service, pride in work, and having a servants heart are all pushed to the wayside in favor of volume, profits and bottom lines. Angela has a servants heart, and I think that her attitude speaks to the value of your entire team. Please hold onto her, I am not sure that you’re aware of how valuable she has to the excess of your entire team. I’m sure her and the entire team there are the reason that y’all are so busy. Angela and Bill were great. I came in unprepared with nothing printed/etc. They made it all so easy and were not annoyed or inconvenienced in the slightest. What they didn’t know was that I was returning stuff to Chewy because my dog passed a few days ago. The days have been rough, and their kindness meant a lot to me. Goes to show you don’t know what’s going on with others….their kindness and ability to make things so easy was truly appreciated :)

I just happened to be driving by and decided to stop in to see if FedEx Office would be able to help with this project. Angela was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. She walked me through the process to the point I was ready to order. I didn’t have the USB stick that had the actual items to be printed and she told me I could email as well. I was able to locate my project and email it over. She verified receipt and started the process. I don’t have the words for how painless this whole process was. Angela is a fantastic representative of FedEx Office.
