Im Bereich günstiger Bluetooth-Lautsprecher unter 100 Euro ist die zu Anker gehörende Tochter Soundcore bereits seit Jahren weit vorn mit dabei. Mit dem Motion 300 greift man dank Stereo-Klang und hochauflösendem LDAC-Codec nun erneut nach dem Thron. Ob dies gelingt, klärt unser Test zum neuen Soundcore Motion 300.
Soundcore Motion 300 im Test: Design und Verarbeitung
Mit einer Länge von 19 cm, einer höhe von 8,7 cm und einer Tiefe von 5 cm ist der Soundcore Motion 300 noch relativ kompakt gehalten und markiert mit einem Gewicht von 771 Gramm einen perfekten Reisebegleiter.
An der Vorderseite wartet der Bluetooth-Lautsprecher mit einem robusten Aluminium-Gitter auf, das die beiden dahinterliegenden Treiber schützt. Das gesamte Gehäuse setzt zudem auf eine rutschfeste Silikonoberfläche, die Kratzern und Schrammen keine Chance lässt.
So soll der Lautsprecher selbst Stürze problemlos überstehen können, während er dank IPX7-Zertifizierung sogar kurzzeitig auf Tauchgang gehen kann. Der USB-C-Ladeanschluss an der rechten Seite ist dafür mit einer dicken Gummiabdichtung geschützt. Das robuste und wertige Design unterstreicht der Soundcore Motion 300 durch eine tadellose Verarbeitungsqualität.
Soundcore Motion 300 im Test: Bedienung und Akkulaufzeit
Die Bedienung des Soundcore Motion 300 erfolgt über sechs dedizierte und beleuchtete Knöpfe, die an der Oberseite des Lautsprechers zu finden sind. Hier wird der Speaker eingeschaltet oder die Bluetooth-Kopplung angestoßen.
Zusätzlich kann hier die Lautstärke erhöht oder verringert, sowie die Wiedergabe pausiert und fortgesetzt werden. Mithilfe der Bass-Taste lassen sich zudem tiefe Frequenzen verstärken, was allerdings auch positive Auswirkungen auf das gesamte Klangbild haben kann.
Dazu greift der Motion 300 auf die BassUp-Technologie zurück, die Bässe und untere Mitten etwas anhebt.
Alternativ erfolgt die Bedienung mithilfe der Begleit-App, die kostenlos auf Android und iOS angeboten wird. Sie erlaubt zusätzlich die Einstellung des Klangs mithilfe von Equalizer-Profilen. Neben vier vordefinierten Presets lassen sich auch eigene Abmischungen mithilfe eines 9-Band-EQ erstellen. Hinsichtlich der Akkulaufzeit schwächelt der Soundcore Motion 300 ein wenig.
Laut Herstellerangabe erreicht der Lautsprecher eine maximale Spielzeit von bis zu 13 Stunden, realistisch sind aber eher elf bis zwölf Stunden bei moderater Lautstärke. Das ist zwar ordentlich, die Konkurrenz im Bereich der Bluetooth-Lautsprecher unter 100 Euro hält aber mitunter deutlich länger durch.
Die leichten Schwächen im Hinblick auf die Ausdauer macht der Soundcore Motion 300 allerdings durch seinen Klang problemlos wieder wett. Gleich zwei Treiber verbaut der Hersteller in dem kompakten Gehäuse, die einen 30 Watt starken Stereo-Sound ermöglichen.
Die kabellose Zuspielung erfolgt dabei neben den Bluetooth-Codecs SBC und AAC sogar in hochauflösendem LDAC. Das ermöglicht Abtastraten von bis zu 24 Bit und 96 kHz und einen deutlich detailreicheren Sound als man ihn normalerweise von kompakten Bluetooth-Lautsprechern gewohnt ist.
Klanglich ist die Abmischung klar auf Spaß ausgelegt und punktet mit einem druckvollen und gleichermaßen detailreichen Bassfundament. Allerdings spielen auch die Mitten und Höhen stark auf, während selbst auf hohen Lautstärken keine nennenswerten Verzerrungen entstehen.
Werksseitig richtet sich die bass-lastige Abstimmung vor allem an Electro- und Pop-Musik, mit ein paar wenigen Handgriffen im Equalizer lässt sich jedoch ein runderes Klangbild erreichen. Gerade im Hochtonbereich liefert der Lautsprecher eine überzeugende Klarheit, die man so aus kompakten Bluetooth-Speakern eigentlich nicht gewohnt ist.
Allerdings hat der Motion 300 noch ein zusätzliches Ass im Ärmel, denn der Sound passt sich dank eines Gyro-Sensors an die jeweilige Ausrichtung des Lautsprechers an. Konkret gibt es drei Positionen (liegend, stehend und hängend), bei denen sich der Klang verändert. Für jede Position kann dabei ein eigener Equalizer abgespeichert werden.
Der Soundcore Motion 300 punktet mit einem überzeugenden und satten Stereo-Sound zu einem absolut fairen Preis von rund 90 Euro. Dank der kompakten Abmessungen und dem robusten Gehäuse gibt der Bluetooth-Lautsprecher auch unterwegs eine hervorragende Figur ab.

The Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless are better headphones than the Anker Soundcore Life Q30 Wireless. The Sony are more comfortable, feel better built, and have a better-balanced sound profile right out of the box.
The ambient noise are better on these. The noise cancelation is just as good if not better on these. These alos fit in my ears better and are possibly even more comfortable. There is absolutely no reason to get premium buds when something like these exist for only 70$.
The Anker SoundCore Liberty Air 2 Truly Wireless are better true wireless headphones than the Apple AirPods (2nd generation) Truly Wireless. Although the Apple feel better made, the Anker have a noticeably more neutral sound profile, and they pack a lot more accurate bass thanks to their closed-back design.
These are definitely a contender for some of the best affordable noise canceling earbuds based on performance and value. With an IPX4 rating, long battery life, and good ANC, these are worth a go. You might not want to go for a run with them, but otherwise they're decent.
