"I purchased a new Lenovo All-In-One Touchscreen desktop end of 2020. Within 6 months, I had to send it back under warranty because the touchscreen and mouse features were malfunctioning. In less than 8 months (and now out of warranty) the same problems had returned. I called Marc from Triangle Computer Services and described the ongoing problems. He thought he knew what may be going on and asked if he could log into my computer remotely. I allowed him to log in and watched him checking all the components. He asked me if I use the touchscreen and told him no. He asked if he could disable the touchscreen function because he believed that was the problem. Now one week later, I have used the computer daily with zero issues! Thank you, Marc, for your honesty and professionalism! You could have come to my office and made a “house call” and charged me as well but chose to earn my confidence the easiest way possible.
