If there was a univocal definition to denote professionalism and competence it would be "LWM ITALIA Srl"; all of this, accompanied by kindness and courtesy which was a constant, from the first contacts to the delivery of the purchased watch. This delivery, in addition to being enlivened by an excellent bottle of Franciacorta, was marked by meticulous attention to detail. Today I went to the LWI store in Rimini, I was welcomed by Mr. Daniele and his assistant Ioana. Within half an hour we concluded the deal with courtesy and kindness. Mr. Daniele also gave me very valuable information with extreme professionalism and precision. Thanks Daniele and Ioana, I hope there will be other opportunities to see each other soon.

In the Babylon of watchmaking, I compliment the professionalism and responsiveness of Mr. Daniele who, despite not knowing me, consulted me quickly and quoted one of my watches for a trade-in. I was impressed by his friendliness and competence and even if we did not conclude the negotiation, I will certainly become his client. The 4 stars only because we haven't met yet but I hope soon.

Recently bought a Breitling Emergency and it was a pleasure to work with this shop. Very reactive, very open and honest. The watch was shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. It looks perfect and just like the pictures I received.Special thanks for Ioana fur being such a great help.Would definitely recommend this shop !Filip

Great experience, I live in Australia and the entire process of buying was made so easy, I was able to do everything via online and WhatsApp. Clear, professional communication throughout with wonderful service from Ioana. Received the watch and was so surprised to see the excellent condition that is in . The picture in the their website did not represent the Watch very well . It was more stunning in reality .The shipment came quickly as promised . And the watch was properly packaged .Seller was very prompt on any questions I have despite the time difference . I amIn Chicago and they are in Italy .I will highly recommend this seller !

I rarely write reviews, but decided to share a few words on my recent experience with LWI. I don't think I have ever had such a great client experience within the watch industry. From purchase to supporting me having my vintage Rolex repaired via an official Rolex service center. No questions asked, and they pick up the bill. Nothing short of stunning!

The watch conforms to the description of the ad."Luxury Watches Italia" is very responsive, contacts you by email and WhatsApp. The transaction was settled in 48 hours between the first contact and the receipt of the watch.The DHL packaging and service is impeccable. Just received the watch I ordered to them. The watch is in perfect condition, same as pictures, with all the papers. They were very helpful and client friendly all along the process, from the first questions on the watch to the shipping.Would definitely recommend them.
